Project Update - April 2021

The tender for Phase 1 of the Kilcloon Community Centre Project has been issued to prospective bidders. This will enable the development of the Community Field at Ballynare Cross for the Community Centre and housing.
Phase 1 of the work consists of the internal road, footpaths & lighting and underground services including sewer, mains water, surface water drainage, power and broadband. We hope to award the contract in May 2021 and then commence Phase 1 – a key milestone for the project.
 
The sale of sites to fund the project continues. These sales are enabling those meeting local needs to build homes and live in Kilcloon and we wish all well on their journey to build their dream home at ‘Baile an Fhéir’.
